Polyaspartic Garage Floor Coatings

A fast-curing, UV-stable topcoat that resists yellowing and can often be walked on the same day it's applied — a strong option on its own or layered over a flake base for extra durability.

What makes polyaspartic different

Polyaspartic is a topcoat chemistry, not a flake system — it's often applied directly over a flake epoxy base to add extra abrasion and chemical resistance, or on its own as a fast, durable solid-color finish. Compared to a standard epoxy topcoat, polyaspartic cures much faster (often within hours instead of days) and is inherently UV-stable, so it won't amber or yellow over time the way some epoxy topcoats can near a sunlit garage door.

Built for the Northwest

  • UV-stable — holds its color under direct sun through a garage door or window.
  • Fast cure means less time with your garage out of commission.
  • Resists hot tire pickup and de-icing chemicals better than many standard topcoats.
  • Can be applied as a clear topcoat over flake, or as a solid color finish on its own.

Same real prep, every time

Polyaspartic is only as good as what's underneath it. Every job still starts with mechanical diamond grinding and crack/spall repair — we don't skip prep just because the topcoat cures fast.
