Bare concrete to a full charcoal flake broadcast system.
Quality and reliability, not shortcuts.
Cheap garage floor jobs fail for the same three reasons every time. We built our process to skip all three.
Mechanical grind, not acid etch
Acid etching is the fast, cheap way to prep concrete — and the reason so many DIY and bargain coatings peel within a year or two. We diamond-grind every floor to open the concrete pores for a real mechanical bond.
Built for freeze-thaw climate
Northern Idaho and eastern Washington winters put real stress on a coating — road salt, studded tires, repeated freeze-thaw cycling. We spec commercial-grade systems rated for it, not big-box store kits.
Veteran-owned, straight answers
No upsell script, no "today only" pricing pressure. You get a clear scope of work, a real timeline, and a crew that shows up when they say they will.
Three ways to fix a garage floor.

Questions we get a lot.
Most single and two-car garages are done in one to two days: mechanical diamond grinding and repairs on day one, coating application on day two. Full cure time to drive on it is typically 24-72 hours depending on the system.
No. We only prep with mechanical diamond grinding, not acid etching. Grinding opens the concrete pores for a real mechanical bond instead of a shallow chemical one, which is why the coating doesn't peel later.
Flake epoxy is a broadcast vinyl chip system with a clear topcoat — durable, hides imperfections, wide range of looks. Polyaspartic is a fast-curing, UV-stable topcoat that resists yellowing and can often be walked on the same day. Many jobs use both: epoxy base with a polyaspartic topcoat.
Not if you ask for it. We can add an anti-slip additive to the topcoat for extra traction in garages that see snow, rain, or a lot of foot traffic.
We regularly work throughout the greater Spokane and Coeur d'Alene metro area, including Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Post Falls, and Hayden. Call to confirm your specific location.
